The color rendition is very strange: bright and saturated colors are gray, the overall color is blue. At the same time, the camera's LCD screen shows everything as it should - perhaps the problem is in the codecs on the laptop. In extreme cases, it is corrected by a digital filter during processing. The mode for detecting familiar faces is more like a toy, in 50% of cases it smears and determines the wrong thing. The need for deinterlacing of clips is a little annoying - the camera cannot shoot in progressive scan. Well, yes, modern software copes well with this. The battery is charged directly in the camera by simply plugging the charging plug into the camera. In my opinion, it is more convenient to separately charge the battery in the cradle. Very fast activation - less than a second from the opening of the LCD screen to the start of recording. Pleased with manual settings - the ability to fix or manually change the exposure, aperture, focus. Not as convenient as on the SD700, but you don't use it that often. It shoots well at night (didn't expect it), but noise is noticeable, and noise reduction works at the edges of objects. The camera is very compact and light (compared with the 3-matrix SD700 series). There are not enough stars from the sky, but it works out its price. In my opinion, the most "camping" and "holiday" option. Fits perfectly in the hand, does not pull the pocket. By the way, it fits in your pocket :) Satisfied with 100%, it remains to deal with the color reproduction.
