Soft fabric but water repellent!
I was pleasantly surprised at the softness of the fabric, but it proved water-repellent when worn in the rain. I ordered the XL size to wear layers underneath and it was roomy, just as I was hoping for. I'm so glad I have a navy that looks good with everything.
