One tracer was dry to the bone.
FINE POINT MARKER WAS DRY. THE OTHER APPEARS NORMAL AND WAS A PLEASANT LIGHT COLOR. Wanted to ask for a refund but didn't want to do it. I was upset because it was a TIMLEY project. I THOUGHT OF LEAVING A BAD REVIEW BUT I REALIZED SOMEONE COULDN'T RETURN THE PROMOTION OR SOMETHING. OF COURSE IT WOULD BE GOOD IF SHE DOES THIS BEFORE ME. HOW TO GET TWO LUCKY STARS NOW. ABOUT THE RESULT I WILL KEEP.
