Bought them for a hike, just a hike to the playground or poolside. They don't have support or much padding for your feet. My legs hurt after walking for a while. You have to pull the elastics taut to keep them from chafing, but they also don't breathe very well and give you a tingly heat on the top of your foot. They're not bad for a short time, but they shouldn't be worn on hikes. is it just water shoes or just between car and water.
