Amazing texture dissolves waterproof mascara!
I love this cleaner! Has a unique buttery-creamy texture. USE ON DRY SKIN FIRST to remove makeup, even the most waterproof mascara. When you wet your face, it turns into a milky light cleanser. There will be no "soap bubbles" but the face will be left clean and moisturized. At first I bought a smaller tube of Ulta but once I realized I liked it I went ahead and bought a bigger bottle! SAME exact product!
