Brand new out of box, buttons do not work
My 2 year old son was so excited to open his gift and his face lit up when he saw JJ in the box. We turned it on and his left leg didn't work and his right arm didn't work. His right leg, you ONLY hear what is being said. The LED singing block in his hand is the only recognizable sound coming from him. Except waste of money. Such a horrible experience.
