Review on 🖥️ ViewSonic VG2249_H2: High-Resolution Head Only Monitors with DisplayPort, HDMI, and Anti-Glare Technology by Daniel Arroyo

I spent hours on the phone with ViewSonic tech support reps who contradicted each other, advised me to buy additional (really unnecessary) cables, and blamed other devices like my Dell Universal Dock. My laptop was able to see two external ViewSonic monitors, but I could only see one and not the other despite changing cables. In the end I finally got in touch with two ViewSonic technical support supervisors who helped me to solve what I said was easy from the start. that the monitors were looking for the wrong input type. In the absence of an instruction manual and no indication of where to find an instruction manual, I needed ViewSonic to tell me which hardware buttons to press. After many hours on the phone, my laptop can now display on both monitors. However, I still have intermittent issues when I have to remove the laptop from the dock when reconnecting it.
