Review on 🔪 Dexter Russell Sani Safe Cutter Scraper Polypropylene: The Ultimate Hygienic Kitchen Tool by Tony Wilson

So I'm wondering HOW I've lived without them all these years! I saw an episode of America's Test Kitchen where they reviewed several of these and after seeing what they used them for I knew I needed them! If you're familiar with ATK, they rate all kinds of kitchen items, but until I watched this particular episode I never thought I'd need such an item since I'm NOT a baker. In any case, it was this brand/model that gave them the highest rating. I use it almost every time I cook! As I said, I'm not a very good baker, but I often cook savory dishes and I'm constantly cutting, dicing, chopping, chopping all sorts of foods. I used to use a knife in one hand and the palm of the other hand to "scoop" chopped veggies (etc.) to take them off the cutting board and place them in a bowl/pan (etc.), but that always bothered me. do it because I just felt it might not be good for the blade of my knife (scraping it against the cutting board to get "under" what I had just cut). Now I grab my handy scraper and scoop it all up (literally three times MORE for a "scoop" than even my biggest knife!). It has made my life in the kitchen a lot easier. LOVE this thing!
