I give 5 stars only because it's amazing in the dark and really glows. Problem 1, it really needs a lot of setup to be nice and bright in normal lighting. That means you have to use a lot to get the look you want. Problem 2, TONS of DROP! This thing goes everywhere! You really have to do a lot of cleaning when you're done. Problem 3 with glitter, fine glitter is fine, not as sticky as I would like. Feels like sand and doesn't hold up well. I didn't want it to get in my eyes so I don't really recommend it for the eyes but it will work for other areas. The larger glitter is a bit tackier and again has larger stars, which I don't recommend for lids but works well in other areas. After cleaning, you definitely need a fixing spray. All in all you get what you pay for for the price.
