We've been using Greencycle toner cartridges in an old HP 1300 for a number of years. We've never counted the number of pages but I'm guessing we're getting a few thousand per cartridge. The manufacturer used to offer a standard cartridge and a spent page counter cartridge, but we never saw much of a difference. OEM cartridges are still around $80 each, but Greencycles are under $10 each for comparable performance. Never had a bad print issue; When they run out, you will see a band of light in the middle and you can take out the cartridge and shake it and finish your work. When they start disappearing, we just put in a new one. This is a repeat purchase, maybe the third or fourth pack of three cartridges we've bought from this brand. with packaging and return of the empties. We take them to a large checkout for processing at any time convenient for us. You cannot find cheaper toner cartridges.
