I thought this watch was fantastic. We went to an AT&T store, put in a SIM card and off we went. But then I noticed that it is listed as a smartphone and not a watch in our account. This watch build will be registered with AT&T as a smartphone, which requires a $25/month smartphone plan instead of a $10/month watch plan. So saying it works with AT&T is a VERY ERRORS. It is, but for now it's overkill. Basically, we're better off buying our daughter a small clamshell phone for that price. We are both disappointed that it didn't work out. It would be a great option if it worked like a WATCH rather than a SMARTPHONE. Apart from the device settings, the application for controlling the phone is very young and contains annoying ads. I emailed support but didn't get a reply so we're sending it back and checking other options.
