NOT BROKEN! THE BRACKETS MOVE!
I was so scared when I first opened it that the clasps were twisted the wrong way, I was afraid I would receive a broken product! but I was able to rearrange them easily and reassemble the chair without difficulty. Don't break! It's lightweight and seems pretty durable. As comfortable as a plastic chair can be. I can throw a pillow if I plan to sit for a long time. Although this chair is affordable I think it looks fantastic.
