Salt - so much salt! Different types of salt for cooking different dishes and dishes, and after Santa left a sample of salty cereal in my stocking last year, I've become obsessed with trying different types of salt. The downfall of my obsession with salt is that it's really ugly — it's a mess — and there's no pretty way to show salt on a countertop. But this...these little bamboo candies saved the day. I bought two for my two favorite salts for cooking and seasoning. They sit discreetly on my countertop awaiting the next BAM salt moment and they do it very well. Well built, solid so far (we'll have to see how they hold up) and incredibly easy to use (open, close, repeat). I'm happy!
