Emails go unanswered and there is no contact phone number. In general, do not expect any help from the dealer. Service and responsiveness are important when shopping online: you cannot simply return to the offline store where you made the purchase. Hence the 2 star rating. My rating of the product is fair. The seat is made of a cheap, slippery material and it is uncomfortable to sit on it for a long time. The elevation has no range of motion to make it useful when you need to work at lower and higher elevations. The instructions are poor. Hardware may be missing. I cannot recommend this stool.
