This is the best product I have used. Tried everyone else who claims to exfoliate. I've been using this product for over a year. I have follicular keratosis. I see a significant difference in my skin. Definitely exfoliates. Seems to reduce fine lines as I've noticed fewer of them. It's not something that shows progress overnight. After 3 months of daily use, I noticed a significant difference in the condition of my skin. Also, it doesn't have that sour/bitter smell like other products in this category. I have used this on many parts of the body and even after daily use there was no irritation or burning. DO NOT use after shaving. (Use before shaving) Highly recommended for men as we tend to know little about these things. I see a clear difference.
