Helped me enable social distancing with a portable monitor for others. The portable monitor was powered from my laptop's old plain USB 2.0 port, eliminating the need for an external 110 power supply for the external monitor. One less routed cable to trip over! Since my old laptop doesn't have a powered "C" port that contains both video and power, eliminating the need for an HDMI cable, I had/need to use an HDMI cable to send video to an external monitor send, but this 10ft Type-C cable did/does exactly what I hoped it would. The USB-C cable that came with the wearable monitor was too short for social distancing, but would have been fine for two monitors near the computer. This solved my problem. In hindsight, I wish I had found and ordered 12" or 14" cables for my specific needs, but I'll get by with 10". There may be too much information here, but the cable is great!
