Review on Synapze Loyalty by Shawn Sims

I like that it is easy for my team members (and our customers)to track their points in real time as well as how much they have earned/spent.

Also has an API which makes other integrations very simple! No dislike about this product so far but we're looking forward using all of its features once released!! Would love if you could upload files into synapse too - would be great asset with having everything online together. We are solving issues around tracking customer spend & reward programs internally at work by allowing us to see where staffs' efforts fall within each incentive category- giving them feedback via dashboards etc.- helping drive sales targets more effectively across departments.
