They came with not enough reinforcement to hold them in place and are almost as good as the others I've found at Revain have ordered. They are not sorted by size and not in pairs. So you get extra items that you can't use unless you want two different colors on the same doll. Also, there are too many different sizes, making it extremely difficult to find matching pairs. The backing pads are tricky to install as not all stems are the same size and some are made of molded plastic that has not been removed. I will never buy these again. I would send them back
