Works, shines bright, but.

I put this on the rear window of my 2012 Ford Escape. Bright enough even through a dirty tinted window. All flashing patterns appear to be working as intended. The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because I've noticed an issue where the bar doesn't flash when the bar itself is colder than about 40 degrees Fahrenheit. All lights are on constantly until the bar warms up a bit. This can cause problems when trying to install it outside the car in cold weather.
