If you are a beauty master, you MUST buy this. I found it very easy to use. I only use it on my upper lip and to shape my eyebrows. This is a total money saver compared to buying a microwave oven at a pharmacy. The hair above the upper lip came out on the first try. Because it was my first time, I didn't remove all the hair, but I should have a better result next time. User error on my part. I would say this is a great purchase and a total money saver.
