I usually buy palettes and light colors always run out first so I was looking for the right base color to buy to use afterwards and I found it. i love this color It becomes matte, but at the same time creamy, but not shiny. How is that possible? I don't understand but it happens. This is a great base and can be layered if you want more cream under your browbones or on your eyelids. The item itself is a reasonably good size and the quality is top notch.
