The ease in which you can create custom forms is very useful especially when it comes time to train new users or change out older personnel who are not familiarized with using software like this one.

I do wish that there was more options available as far as adding fields/formulas etc but once again its easy enough to add these after creation if needed. Great product! We've been able to streamline our sales process by creating customizable CRM's (customer relationship management) so we're now having realtime access to all customer information at any point during the sale lifecycle.
