My cat had life threatening Irritable Bowel Syndrome and lost up to 6 pounds. This is the only food my cat hasn't blown to the other side and learned to avoid. Her stools are normal now, she is gaining weight and is much healthier in general. It's not cheap, but she's crazy about it. I have them about 5-6 nuggets a day; approx. 48 pieces in a bag. That's about $3 a day. This food probably saved my cat's life and it comes in a very convenient form. Her food bowl is half water, half food (separate clean water) and I break two nuggets in half, soak them for about ten seconds, then crush them while she tries to bang my head in the bowl.
