These pens don't work at all. The packaging on the back warns that they may not work and how to fix them. Your fix doesn't work. I work with graphite and charcoal. To use these pens, I have to press hard enough to make deep dents in the paper. It's like they're completely dry. They do not do anything. I found an email address on the back of a pen box. I emailed them very politely and asked if there was anything they could do. The email address was in Hotmail and was not a valid address. I wish there was a way to tell Revane.
