THAT DOES NOT WORK! for shower radios

Maybe it worked for the first 10 minutes and it doesn't work anymore! Won't hold a charge or play music - just the light will flash for a second and turn off - no matter how long or how many times I've tried to charge it! And they won't let me get it back! Antec, could you please contact me and return this product!? Or take and try to fix it?
