This belt is amazing and it's hard not to wear it every day. I've had so many belts in my life, especially spiked belts, and this one seems to be of very high quality at a very low price. I am absolutely in love with him. I've lost a lot of weight lately since my first purchase, so I'll be back to buy a smaller size as it's too big now. Can't recommend enough.

- The pointed spikes on the strap can catch on clothing and damage or tear delicate fabrics.
