Review on Sova Aero 1.6mm Night Guard - Tailored Dental Mouth Guard for Optimal Fit by Carmen Rosario

I don't know why this product doesn't get many reviews, especially compared to other bunkhouses. My dentist recommended a few of the most popular ones (by number), but I didn't like what I read in the negative reviews. So I did a little more digging and found that this guard looks better (not as clunky, can be reshaped multiple times if needed). I LOVE this guardian. I was afraid to use one of these, especially after reading so many bad reviews about mouthguards in general. I didn't know if I could make it through the night, and I certainly didn't want to pay for personal security from a dentist. It took about 5 tries the first day I tried to throw it before I thought it fit. It's very easy to sculpt and I'm terrible with stuff like that. It fit me well, but the next morning my teeth and gums hurt a little. The next day I repeated it one more time, about 6 or 7 times, until I got the right result. I've been using it ever since and it's great. Finally, the most beneficial effect is that no more throbbing headaches occur in the middle of the night and last throughout the next day. I didn't even know teeth grinding caused headaches until my dentist pointed it out. I would take Advil or Tylenol with little to no effect (which is unusual for me). Since using Night Guard I haven't had a single headache. I used to think grinding was just another thing dentists tell their patients to make more money. But when my dentist explained in detail what he was observing and also recommended that I try the less expensive method first, I decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did. I wish I had started taking it a year ago. It would probably prevent the severe receding gums I am currently having and also save me from countless unnecessary headaches. I definitely recommend this hidden gem from Kappa.
