This eye make up remover comes in a dispenser bottle so I thought it was a cream or gel but it looks like water. What a strange way to package a watery product. I pumped some onto a cotton swab and tried to remove my eye makeup, which consisted of washable mascara and eyeliner, but little came off. I found that I was using too much product and rubbing my eyes too much for the makeup to be removed easily. It also stung my eyes a bit, which most eye makeup removers don't do. When I was done, I reached for my regular eye makeup remover to finish the job and there was still plenty of mascara and eyeliner left. It's not my favorite at all and I wouldn't buy it again. This might work better for you, but be careful when pumping it out, it's as thin as water, not a thicker consistency. Have a cotton swab or cloth ready to inflate.
