I don’t typically go out of my way writing a review but this company deserves the credit to have one done. When I received my camera, I had issues with the video recording stopping arbitrarily. The battery ends up empty after 2 hours of use. Long story short, I reached out to the vendor and they responded promptly with a solution. Tried doing their suggestion but still having the same issues. They then sent me a replacement and this time the camera worked as designed. This company wants your business and they try very hard to earn that, having said this not all vendors in Revain can be said the same. I believe this vendor/company deserves the credit to be recognized for their great customer support. There’s a language barrier but overall you get the message as they try to translate to English.
