Disappointing. I bought the product in January and have used it maybe twice, maybe 3 times. Each time I had to wait for the device to fully charge to get a cup of coffee. And that's the disappointing part. I want coffee right away and think it's fully charged only to charge it back up and wait for coffee to be made. The device does not stay charged with repeated use. You need to connect your device to a charger to get instant coffee whenever you want. This defeats the purpose of its portability. How long does it take to fully charge? It doesn't make sense if you want instant coffee. Sealed yes, easy to clean yes can be given away would be difficult NO. If I could return it I would. I missed the window to bring it back. If you buy the product anyway, you must use it in your store to form your own opinion. I personally would not recommend this product.
