I like how you can have multiple dashboards, one for each department/customer segment etc..
The system is very easy-to use if your familiar with commerce or omnichannel management systems such as magento ecommerce platform where it's built into their core functionality! It takes some getting used too but once we got over our initial hesitations (which were unfounded) everything went smoothly from there onwards!! If they could add more customization options - i guess thats something every customer would be happy about? We're solving two problems at exactly same time by using these platforms together; 1st being omni channel data collection & 2nd analytics reporting which are both important aspects when working within an organization.
