I scheduled it to show up on level 4 at 9:30am, go to level 2 in two hours and shut down an hour later. With a voice command anywhere, I can tell Alexa to preheat both sides of the pad. Easy to set up with great instructions. I assume the 5 year warranty will never be needed as it replaces our old Sunbeam which died after 18 years of use. I only have criticisms: 1. the position of the power connection (in the middle on one side at the foot of the bed where my feet could bump into it) but doesn't bother my wife at 5"3" 2. a remote control on both sides, but I can use the TV's firestick and Alexa controls the temperature on my site3. It is only compatible with 2.4GHz Wi-Fi (not 5GHz), which is common on many devices. If F2 is flashing on the controller, make sure the connector is fully seated in the connector.
