This deodorant smells like grapefruit to me and I don't like grapefruit. However, the scent doesn't linger after application, so I guess it's not a big deal. It glides easily over the skin and doesn't feel like one of those that really need to be rubbed into the skin. In terms of smell, it worked great - didn't smell at all after a day of walking around the house running errands. When I got home I was in bed. When I woke up I went to my parents' house to help remodel the house, so I skipped my morning shower (because why bother if I'm just getting dirty) and just put on another layer of deodorant on. When I got home and wanted to take a shower, it still didn't smell. It's amazing - even after two days of running around and real things - and only two uses. So totally suitable for a busy lifestyle. I always have problems with natural deodorants - they either don't work or I have a bad armpit reaction. No reaction, no rash - good thing this deodorant doesn't contain baking soda either as I'm allergic. I REALLY love this stuff. A little seems to make a big difference.
