Uncomfortable, does not improve hearing.

The tube of the earplug is so hard that it cannot hurt, it has to be pushed deep into the ear. Otherwise it stretches and twists and you don't hear anything. Full volume next to the ear is nothing. Jam until it touches your brain, you hear and take 3 steps before it falls out.
