Works little. Very convenient
I love how tight I can make it around the ankles. It's actually pretty handy, especially after I've added the inserts. It's really tight so I'm glad I chose the 6 1/2 instead of my usual 6. If you get a slightly larger size than usual, even with a wide foot like mine, then you'll be fine. I wore them all day at the Renaissancefest and my feet don't hurt! I didn't have to worry about my ankles at all! Definitely recommend them.
