I use it for all my long runs. It fits my phone, snacks, credit cards, keys, and a mesh pocket on the back fits a hat or gloves. The back is lined with mesh to keep it from sweating too much and withstand a quick dip in soapy water and a post-run rinse. I wear it over my shirt and haven't had any chafing issues. It's quite tall, so I wouldn't recommend it for women with a short stature. I'm 5'8" and have the front straps fully buckled to keep the vest out of my arm. The only thing I don't like about the vest is the large holes in the corners of the hydration pocket, on the bottom can Don't put small items down or they'll fall out Running vests of the same brand. That's why I'm giving four stars and not five. The bite valve is so bad it's unusable. It either drips constantly or doesn't release water more often. Even when it works , the amount of water coming through it is small and I kept trying to suck on it to get more liquid. Luckily my old Platypus bladder fits in a vest and works like a charm so I run with it .I'm sure camelbak would work too.
