As beautiful as this case is and as great as it looks next to the matching case for my laptop - it didn't fit my MacBook charger or anything so I couldn't use it. I sent it back as I couldn't use it (for a refund) but the most disappointing thing is the company didn't even give me a refund. When I try to find a place to contact the seller in the returns section, there is no such option, so I'm forced to post a bad review publicly, which isn't in my nature. I really hope Twelve South can solve this problem for me as I am a huge fan of their products.
