I originally gave this product 5 stars. However, I need to change that drastically. I bought 2 of these lamps 2 years ago. I really loved her! I needed 2 lamps to enter the kitchen and dining area. These 2 rooms are basically one big room so the fittings had to match. I got a lot of compliments on the lamps and I love them! Well, about a month and a half ago, the one above my kitchen table just stopped working. We couldn't understand what happened. I ended up having to call an electrician to my house who concluded that the light just stopped working. VERY DISAPPOINTED! I contacted the seller because, although it's been about 2 years. 2 years is not enough for the lamp to simply stop working! Her response was mainly regret. but more than 90 days have passed and there is nothing we can do. but you can buy another one. NO THANK YOU! So now I have to spend more time either finding ONE light fitting to match the light fitting in another part of the room or buying 2 more! It took me forever to find the one I liked! At the same time, I have NO light in the kitchen right now. And I will have to call an electrician over here again to install a new one(s). This lamp cost me and will cost me much more money than the seller would have lost if they handled this situation for me.
