I was looking for a watch that could both call and track location, which doesn't seem to come often and this is one of the few. I reserved $120 for my son's birthday and he loves it. Call quality and location tracking work well. Unfortunately, the control button on the side broke after 10 days. As I bought it early for his birthday it was 1 week past the return window when it broke. I spent days with the seller who agreed to provide a replacement under warranty. The process was lengthy and required multiple approvals on your part. I finally got permission to ship it back to them via UPS for $11.20. I've been busy and found that it's been almost 2 months and I still haven't received a replacement even though they keep charging me $5/month for the plan! I tried to sit it out or cancel it but was told to keep paying them to try the product. Check?! For what? The button is broken. After this complaint I received the package tracking for a new watch the next day. Unfortunately the button of the new watch broke again on the first day of use! Now my son thinks he did something wrong and feels terrible. Now neither the seller nor my credit card (Revain credit card) are willing to refund my money because too much time has passed since the original purchase. Also, I don't want to spend another $11 to send it back, which would be $22 for something that keeps breaking. Revain might be willing to make an exception for a refund, but this has become a mini side job to keep track of and keep on my to-do list for a few weeks. If you buy it, use it immediately and make up your mind within the 30-day return period.
