Easy to use! best in my review

Used my iron on cotton setting with silocone baking sheets over and under the item. Preheat the item for a few seconds before transfer. Press iron and hikd for 10 seconds. Easy to weed, but some finer details got lost. The lettering is very thin but it all worked.
