Review on Capezio Little Shimmery Caramel 4 6 by Sidewinders Murphy

My daughter is 40 pounds/44 inches. It fits the Capezio size chart for small sizes. When these tights arrived they were very tight around her stomach. After 30 minutes the pantyhose on the inside of my 4 year old daughter's right thigh started to tear. I am so disappointed with the price and the brand. The size is too small even for own diagram recommendations. Even my daughter hasn't scratched her leg anywhere in this short time.
