I am a small 60 year old, 1.6m tall female with arthritis in my knees. As a food enthusiast who spends hours in the kitchen on the weekends preparing meals for family and friends, I needed a solid stool to carry my 300+ pound body around the kitchen. This chair easily adapts to a dining table, stovetop, baking and dishwashing at the sink. I can even turn my 25lb 2 year old grandson when he reaches out for me 😊 So far, after 5 months of daily use, he looks brand new! Also for those like me who are afraid to pack, especially with the hydraulics, it took me literally 3 minutes to assemble the chair! Very easy! WARNING: The seat can be slippery and for me who likes to wear silk pajamas I slipped and landed on my butt right away! I learned to lean against a wall or something stable before sitting on a stool.
