Review on 23.8" Monitor AOC 24P1, 1920x1080, 76Hz, IPS, black by Micha Pyra ᠌

I took it for work: I stare at the monitor all day. I work with texts, Google tables and that's all. I was looking for such a monitor so that my eyes do not get tired. I found this monitor on the recommendation of an IT friend, and they know a lot about monitors. The choice was confirmed by two familiar ophthalmologists, and they know a lot about the eyes :) This AOC does a great job. I can work for days, and my eyes feel great. You don't feel tired at all! Why is that? * Good matrix. IPS is good, as far as I understand the question. * Flicker Free. Thanks to this piece, the image does not flicker. * The monitor has a built-in text mode that reduces brightness and contrast. I have it permanently enabled. I turn it off only for online shopping of clothes in order to better distinguish the shades and my eyes get tired in 15-30 minutes. I turn on the text mode - eyes like on vacation :) I work with two such monitors. And it's a great experience. A gigantic amount of workspace, which allows you to increase productivity at times when performing a number of tasks. Outcome. I found my monitor. Everything is wonderful in it. I recommend :)
