This is disappointing. I was very happy to purchase and receive this heat sealer. When it arrived I noticed there was rust on one of the metal plates. Annoying but not annoying. I pocketed it and was ready to start exercising with an empty pocket. "That's it!" I squealed internally as I waited for it to heat up. And waited. And waited. I tried a different socket. And waited. Third exit. Nothing. Changed number and tried again. Checked that I didn't overlook the power button. I read the instructions for the spell. Gave Saul - yes, I called him - a pep talk and welcomed him to the company. He just lay there, cold and numb. Saul could only give one life and it wasn't for me. As I lowered Saul to his final resting place—his return box to Revane—I shed tears and grieved for a future we would no longer share.
