I was really surprised by the quality of this extra small camera. When I saw the small image sensor, I thought it would be difficult to see people or objects in the video, but it's much better. Of course, this is not comparable to the camera of a premium smartphone, but it is still very nice. The sound is also very clear. Turning on/off and starting/stopping recording is pretty easy with just one click. It's just that the LED is a little hard to see in bright light, but this is a spy camera and certainly not designed to flash very brightly. Setting it up (e.g. date/time) was also fairly easy with a text file on a USB stick. The compression in the video is not very high, but the built-in 16 GB is enough for about 2 hours, so one battery charge is enough. File transfers were only about 10% of USB2's maximum speed, but 15-minute frames still only took about 5 minutes to transfer, which is acceptable. The footage got a little stuck at times and I never found out what the problem was. . It looks like the audio was still recorded, which is usually the most important part. The camera cover slider works very well and I love the extension cord. This gives me a lot of flexibility to attach the stylus to my computer and prevent it from getting damaged. A very nice solution. All in all, it's still a pleasant surprise for me how well everything is made and works.
