How else can you carry tons of songs, videos, photos, calendars, contact lists in a slim case? This is the iPod Classic. Connecting an IPOD to my Macbook Pro makes it easy to integrate my data. It automatically syncs with iCal and my address book and just enters all the important dates and contact information. iPhoto is also easy to sync with Macbook Pro. I could have chosen iTouch but I needed more space. Anyway, I'm waiting for the iPhone through my carrier. DESIGN Unlike the Nano, this is an HDD based MP3 player. The ITUNES interface has stayed the same, but now there's Genius, which offers songs from similar genres from your own library. Syncing on Mac is easy and efficient. ITUNES You can program playlists via the iTunes interface. My favorite feature is "Smart Playlist" for adding songs or artists with specific keywords. I'm just starting out with podcasts, which are like radio shows that cover a wide range of topics. Vodcasts are the equivalent of video podcasts, and I've subscribed to shows like Golf Smarter, Golf Better, and Bionic Gloves Golf Podcasts to gain golf knowledge.
