Insole lining not as soft as it looks

The insole lining is not as soft as it looks. I had to buy gel pads to make them comfortable. Maybe rework this part? Also 👍🏼

Pros

It's like a seizure. Spot for the size I usually get. I wear insoles and these shoes are good.

Cons

I can't put the heel on the back of the sandal.
