The product conforms to that declared. The optional wiring harness is not plug and play (as it should be!) Installation was relatively easy for a 7.3 liter diesel engine. The gauge color is close to factory gray but darker. The dim setting doesn't work for me, they dim but then flicker. They are not too bright to be used at night if not blacked out. I would recommend getting a 0-30 psi boost gauge instead of 0-60 psi for a factory turbo that isn't pressed for time. Add a glowshift "T" for a boost. And head to your local hardware store for a rooster and beater.
