I bought this for myself and it arrived early and wasn't bad for the price. I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box to see how small the locket was. It was beautiful and felt well made. There are no instructions for the blue heart that was in the box. Then I was very disappointed when I couldn't open my locket! I had to use a nail file very carefully to open them as I have acrylic nails. My husband and daughter even had trouble opening the locket with their fingernail. I asked for the locket to be returned and the seller informed me at the time that the blue plastic heart that came with the locket is the tool you must use to open the locket. I'm sorry, but I won't carry a tool with me just to open the locket!
