Bought this for a trip to the beach with my husband and it was as great as I imagined! Although I never managed to get the remote to work, we simply set up an easy-to-use tripod and set up the photo timer on my phone. We got some great shots that we couldn't have gotten otherwise with this well-made, compact selfie stick, so I highly recommend this product - just don't rely on remote work!
